On June 8, 2026, Shooki finally found the kind of proper city sushi experience this visit had been looking for. Hiroki-San’s look, atmosphere, and quality all felt dialed in, with a room that seemed considered beyond the plate in front of the reviewer.
The Book Tower location mattered too. Shooki could finish dinner and continue to The Aladdin Sane without stepping outdoors. This is a dated, first-person account of the reviewed experience; it does not promise the same service pattern or assess every menu item.
