Delete your account or app data
Permanently delete your account, or remove individual reviews and comments while keeping your account active.
Delete in the app
- 1 Open Shooki and make sure you're signed in.
- 2 Open the menu, then open your profile.
- 3 Tap Edit Profile.
- 4 Tap Delete Profile and confirm.
Your sign-in identity is deleted, your public profile is scrubbed, your follow relationships are removed, and you are signed out.
Delete specific data and keep your account
You can delete content you contributed without deleting your Shooki account.
- Reviews and review photos: Open the menu, choose My Reviews, tap the trash icon beside your review, and confirm. The review and its uploaded photos are deleted.
- Comments: Open the review containing your comment, then tap the trash icon beside your own comment. The comment is deleted while your account remains active.
Prefer email?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll verify and complete your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- • Your account login and authentication identity
- • Email, username, phone, profile image reference, and other public profile fields
- • Follow relationships and the private self-deletion profile backup
Public reviews, ratings, comments, and contributed photos may remain under an anonymized account so community restroom information remains useful. Security, abuse, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, or a legal hold. See our Privacy Policy.
