The Shooki Review

I WANT EVERYTHING ON THIS MENU.
This place has really upgraded since they moved from across the street. The bar is really approachable and great way to strike up a conversation with locals. They made an extension in the back to fit more people as well.
Great selection of sake, noodles, and great Japanese whiskey. Selfishly, I am upset they got rid of Guinness on Draft, but I guess I can always stumble my way over across the street to Gaelic league for that.
Great service and great food I’ll probably be coming here once a week now ☺️
Restrooms restrooms.
They have (2) of them (Male/Female).
My experience was pretty good. I put having rating into cleanliness and I got to say it was very clean ✨
Couple of cons though that bring the rating down for me imo. Hand dryers I’m not a big fan of. I enjoy the option of paper towels especially when right after I clean my hands I don’t have to grab the door where others may have not done so.
(1) stall and (1) urinal is a potential capacity issue for how busy this place can get so I have to call that out as well. It seemed relatively accessible though. However, I don’t believe they have an accessible entrance 🤔
Soap wasn’t anything special either, but again it was clean and I think it deserves a (7/10).
