Not so easy to get to the restroom. Lol.
Easy Peasy has that bright, casual Woodward bar energy. Good location, easy place to duck into before or after an event, and the kind of spot that can fill up fast when downtown is moving.
But the bathroom journey? That’s where things get a little less easy.
The restrooms are split male/female and tucked deep down in the basement. You follow a few signs, head downstairs, keep going, and eventually you get there. It’s not the most accessible setup, and that’s a big reason the score takes a hit. ♿️
Once inside, the restroom itself was pretty basic. Nothing too memorable, no fancy design, no standout amenities, and only one stall with one urinal on the men’s side. For a place that can get packed, that feels like a problem waiting to happen.
No wild decor. No extra touch. No “wow” moment like some of its neighbors.
Bar-wise, it’s average. Good location. But in my opinion, on a busy Detroit night, I might keep walking and see what else Woodward has to offer.
