Reviewers frame Bar Pigalle as Brush Park's little trip to Paris — playful French fare and award-winning cocktails inside the Carlton Lofts, a Louis Kamper building that anchored one of Detroit's hottest jazz scenes in the '20s and '30s, in the neighborhood once nicknamed Little Paris.
