Seven Greens sits right downtown near the Skillman Library, quietly doing what it's been doing for years.
Fast salads. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. No big performance, no overcomplicated health-food theater — just a reliable downtown spot when you want to eat something that doesn't send you straight into a nap. For me, it's still one of the best places in Detroit to grab a salad.
The lunch rush gets real, so don't act shocked when the line reminds you other people discovered vegetables too. They move fast, and the food always feels fresh.
