Brand new park on Detroit’s Riverfront. Pretty hyped about this Detroit public spot.

Twenty-two acres of former brownfield on the west riverfront, opened October 2025 at a cost of $80 million, designed by the firm behind Brooklyn Bridge Park. Rolling hills, a two-and-a-half-acre water garden, a bear-shaped slide, and a covered Sport House holding two full-size Pistons courts. Thirty-five thousand people turned up the opening weekend against an expectation of ten. Open 6am to 10pm, every day, all year.
