COR gets it. A downtown gym with good equipment, welcoming staff and a locker room you’re not afraid to walk barefoot through. Welcome to the 10/10 Club.
It’s surprisingly hard to find a gym that gets everything right.
Good equipment. Good staff. Good amenities. A location that actually makes sense.
And most importantly?
A locker room you’re not afraid to walk barefoot through.
COR gets it.
Located right inside One Campus Martius, this is the kind of downtown gym that makes driving 30 minutes into the burbs just to work out feel completely insane.
If you work for the City of Detroit or Wayne County, are part of the Rock Family of Companies, or live/work in a Bedrock building, you may have access to one hell of a setup.
State-of-the-art equipment. Plenty of room. Staff that actually makes the place feel welcoming. And a gym built around more than just throwing weights around.
And because apparently that wasn’t enough, walk downstairs afterward and grab something to eat or drink and immediately undo half the responsible decisions you just made upstairs.

Clean enough that you actually want to shower there. Enough room that you’re not fighting five strangers for a bench. Built-in locker locks, then a sauna or steam. Civilized. 10/10.
